  • 1 lb Pork Loin trimmed of all fat and cubed
  • 1 ½ cups Rice brown or white
  • 1 pkg Mixed vegetables frozen
  • ½ cup Soy Sauce low sodium
  • 1 Tbsp Olive oil
  • Pepper to taste


  1. Cook rice according to package directions.
  2. Heat a olive oil in a wok or large skillet. Add pork loin and brown until just done (about 5 minutes).
  3. Add in the whole package of frozen mixed vegetables and saute for another 2 minutes.
  4. Add in all of the rice to the wok and mix to combine.
  5. Add your soy sauce and toss to combine, cook for an additional 2 to 4 minutes depending on if you want your rice browned or not. Season with pepper.
  6. Makes 8 - 1 cup servings.
