- 1 lb Chicken breast boneless and skinless, cubed
- 8 oz Egg noodles uncooked
- 1 pkg Mixed vegetables frozen
- 1 can Cheddar Soup condensed and low-sodium
- 1 ½ cups Milk 2%
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Cook egg noodles according to package directions.
In a large nonstick skillet, brown chicken breast until fully cooked.
While chicken and noodles are cooking, mix cheddar soup and milk together. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to your tastes.
In a 2 qt prepared casserole dish, combine noodles, chicken, mixed vegetables, and soup mix.
Cook for 30 minutes until hot and bubbly. Divide among 6 servings.
