New Weight Watchers Recipes
I have a new meal plan for you this week. Again super simple recipes, that are family friendly.  Read: I don’t make multiple meals for my family and I also make very little low-fat substitutions in my cooking. I really don’t like the taste of low fat or fat-free food, and to be honest, most low fat/ fat-free food is not real food.  So in my recipes, I try to just cut down on the high-fat foods. So with that here it is:

WW Meal plan with 5 easy weekday recipes.

Recipes:

Breakfast:  English Muffin with Egg and Tomato

Lunch:  Balsamic Chicken Salad with Goat cheese, Apple, and Walnuts

Dinner:  Easy Pork Fried Rice

Dinner:  Turkey Taco Salad on Family Taco Night

Dinner:  Chicken Noodle Casserole

The family taco night is a crowd pleaser and by changing your meal to a taco salad, it is satisfying and filling at the same time.  And again I don’t have to make a separate meal.
